My Daily Shift is 1 1/2 years old today

and we are experiencing

a spiritual growth spurt.

My Daily Shift was born out of my genuine desire to live a created life and to inspire others to do the same~ one Daily Shift at time.  I believe we can do just that if we pay attention to the little things, look for the good and are open to seeing differently.

Baby steps…

……single insights

…………… all add up to massive transformation…………Yippeeeeeee!

AND I have a dirty little secret.  My Daily Shift was also born out of my fear of having another Wake the F**k Up moment.  I was living to avoid the sledge hammer that I experienced in 2008.

…If I do this every single day……….. and invite transformation……..change…….growth….

If I am open to the gifts and the miracles…..

……One day at a time

……………..One Daily Shift at a time

I can live my dream life.  I can stay on my path….. moving forward.

I won’t need to get knocked on my ass again…..

dumb roll…….this is going to hurt a little………….

Living to avoid something

is the exact opposite of a created life.

…….and that sucks!

What if it doesn’t have to be that way?

What if My Daily Shift is about growing from the inside out?

What if paying attention to the little things and looking for the good and being open to seeing differently…..what if those same Daily Shifts are about cultivating and nurturing the true authentic SELF so that I can embrace ALL of life as it unfolds?

What if in that “Oh Shit” sledge hammer moment I can be more centered?   More grounded in mySELF?  More able to move through it with Grace and Ease?

What if I can live each and every day moving towards what I want

instead of avoiding what I don’t want?

What if I can LIVE ON PURPOSE?

What if we all can?

Now that is a SHIFT I can dive into.

Authenticity, Vulnerability, Empowerment
LIVING ON PURPOSE
One Daily Shift at a time.
I practice it.
I coach it.

All my love and gratitude,

How does jumping out of a perfectly good airplane fit in with Living On Purpose?  I’ll tell you in my next blog  😉
